Pricing and plans

What plans does PingTeo offer?
PingTeo typically offers tiers (e.g. Starter, Professional, Scale) with different property limits and features (FAQ count, document storage, analytics). See the Pricing page or SettingsBilling for current plans and limits.

Can I change plans?
Yes. In SettingsBilling you can upgrade or downgrade. Property and feature limits apply to the new plan immediately (or at the next billing cycle, depending on configuration).

Trial

Is there a free trial?
PingTeo may offer a trial (e.g. no credit card, limited properties or time). Check the signup or pricing page. During trial you can connect Beds24, add properties, and use the AI; when the trial ends you may need to subscribe or your access may be limited.

How many properties can I use during trial?
Trial property limits are shown at signup or in Settings. Often they match the Starter plan (e.g. up to 3 properties).

Integrations

Why only Beds24?
PingTeo currently supports Beds24 as the only PMS. More integrations may be added later. If you use another PMS, you can’t connect it yet.

Can I use PingTeo with Airbnb directly?
Guest messages come via Beds24 when your Airbnb listings are connected to Beds24. PingTeo does not connect to Airbnb’s API directly; it relies on Beds24 to sync channels (e.g. Airbnb).

Limits

What are the property limits per plan?
Starter (e.g. 3), Professional (e.g. 15), Scale (e.g. 25). Exact numbers are on the pricing page and in SettingsBilling.

Are there limits on FAQ or documents?
Yes. Each plan defines how many FAQ items and how much document storage (e.g. MB) you get per property. The dashboard or plan description will show the limits.

Security and data

Where is my data stored?
PingTeo stores account, property, reservation, and message data on its servers (or subprocessors). Check the Privacy and Terms pages for regions and details.

Is the connection to Beds24 secure?
Yes. PingTeo uses Beds24’s API with tokens (from the invite code) and, for webhooks, a shared secret. Traffic is over HTTPS. Don’t share your invite code or webhook secret.

Can I delete my data?
You can usually delete or deactivate your account and properties. Message and reservation history may be retained or deleted according to the Privacy policy. Check Settings for account deletion or contact support.
