PingTeo is an AI assistant for short-term rental hosts and conciergeries. It automatically helps you respond to guest messages so you can focus on running your properties instead of typing replies.

What does PingTeo do?
- Connects to Beds24 — Guest messages and reservations flow from your property management system (PMS). Today PingTeo supports Beds24; more integrations may follow.
- AI-generated replies — When a guest sends a message, PingTeo suggests or sends a reply based on your property rules, check-in/check-out info, FAQ, and conversation context.
- Human-in-the-loop — You can review replies before they go out, or let the AI send automatically for routine questions. Sensitive topics (refunds, complaints, booking changes) are escalated to you.
- Scheduled automation — Send welcome messages, pre check-in instructions, and other templated messages at the right time for each reservation.
