Properties

Properties are the Beds24 listings you’ve chosen to manage in PingTeo. Each has its own AI config, automation, messages, and analytics.

Adding properties

• Onboarding — After connecting Beds24, you select which Beds24 properties to add to PingTeo.
• Later — From the Properties dashboard, use Add property (or sync) and pick from the list of Beds24 properties not yet connected. You may have a property limit based on your plan.

Property list

The Properties page shows:

• Property name and location
• Beds24 ID (link to the listing in Beds24)
• AI agent — Enabled or not configured
• Message count and last activity
• Upcoming reservations (if shown)

Click a property to open its detail: Messages, AI Config, Automation (if available), Analytics, Settings.

AI and automation per property

• AI Config — Agent name, tone, rules, FAQ, documents, escalation. Configure and turn the agent on or off per property.
• Automation — Triggers and templates are per property. Enable and edit each trigger (booking created, before check-in, etc.) for that property only.

Removing or deactivating

You can deactivate or disconnect a property so it no longer receives AI replies or automation. The exact option is in Properties → property → Settings (or property menu). Historical messages and data may still be visible; check your data policy.
