Troubleshooting Beds24

Common Beds24 connection and sync issues.

Connection fails with invite code

  • Invalid or expired code — Generate a new invite code in Beds24 and try again. Don’t reuse old codes.
  • Network or server error — Check your internet; if the error persists, try again later or contact support.
  • Wrong code copied — Ensure there are no extra spaces or missing characters when pasting.

“Properties not loading” after connect

  • Refresh the page or run Sync if available.
  • In Beds24, confirm you have at least one property and that the API/integration has permission to list properties.
  • If you have many properties, wait a few seconds; the first load can take time.

Messages not syncing

  • Confirm the webhook is set in Beds24 with the correct URL and secret. See Webhook setup.
  • Ensure the property is selected in PingTeo (Properties dashboard). Only selected properties receive messages.

Reservations or bookings missing

  • Webhooks for booking updates must be enabled in Beds24 if you rely on real-time updates.
  • Otherwise, wait for the next scheduled sync or trigger a manual sync if your dashboard has one.
  • Ensure the property is connected and that the Beds24 property ID matches (no duplicate or wrong mapping).

Token or auth errors later

If PingTeo suddenly can’t call Beds24 (e.g. 401 or “token expired”):

  • Reconnect Beds24 in Settings using a new invite code. This refreshes the stored tokens.
  • If the problem continues, contact support with the error message or log (if visible).
