Settings & billing
Account, Beds24 connection, and subscription.
Settings (and billing) control your account, integrations, and plan.
Account
- Profile — Name, email, time zone, language. Time zone is used for automation “local time” and analytics.
- Password — Change password or reset via email if you use password auth.
Beds24
- Connection — See whether Beds24 is connected. To reconnect, enter a new invite code from Beds24. Disconnecting will stop sync and AI from using Beds24 data.
- Webhook — Your webhook URL (and optional secret) for Beds24. Use this in Beds24’s webhook configuration so messages and booking updates are pushed to PingTeo. See Webhook setup.
Billing & subscription
- Plan — View current plan (e.g. Starter, Professional, Scale) and property limit. Upgrade or change plan as needed.
- Trial — If you’re on a trial, see trial end date and property limit. When the trial ends, you may need to add a payment method or downgrade.
- Payment — Add or update payment method, view invoices, or cancel subscription according to the options in the dashboard.
Notifications
If available, configure email (and other) notifications for escalations, pending review, or trial reminders.
