Contacts
Guest contacts and history.
The Contacts area (if available on your plan) shows guests who have messaged or booked through your connected properties.
What you see
- Guest list — Names, emails, phones (when available), and possibly which properties they’ve booked or messaged.
- Contact detail — Click a guest to see reservations and conversations linked to them, so you can follow the full history.
Use cases
- Look up a guest — Find all stays and messages for a returning guest.
- Export or sync — Some setups allow exporting contacts or syncing with a CRM; check Settings or Integrations for options.
- Consistency — Use the same tone and rules the AI uses when you reply manually, so the guest experience is consistent.
Data source
Contacts are derived from reservations and messages synced from Beds24. New guests appear after a booking or first message is synced. Keeping the webhook and sync working keeps the contact list up to date.
